Mealey's Furniture and Mattress reserves the right to make changes to the Mealey's Furniture & Mattress web site and its terms at any time. Product Display & Colors

The Mealey's Furniture & Mattress web site does our best to display our product images on our site as accurately and clearly as possible. However we cannot guarantee that the color you see will match the the color you receive as the display colors largely depends in part upon the monitor you are using. If you are unsure or have questions regarding the color(s) of the products you are ordering we strongly suggest that you visit one of our retail locations for clarification.

Availability of products, pricing and services are subject to change without notice. Any errors found on our site will be corrected as discovered and without notice. Mealey's Furniture & Mattress reserves the right to revoke any stated offers due to any error within the Mealey's Furniture & Mattress web site.

Terms & Conditions of Purchase

THANK YOU very much for purchasing from Mealey's Furniture & Mattress. We sincerely hope you enjoy your new furniture. Purchases have a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects from date of original delivery or pick-up (the extended warranty at an additional charge provides an additional 36 months warranty). We want you to be satisfied so please read the warranty information below.

Please retain your sales receipt and present it for all warranty transactions. Repairs of any manufacturing defects will be made without charge during the 6 month warranty period (and an additional 36 months where optional extended warranty was selected at and aditianl charge at time of original sale). Warranty does not cover normal wear (including soiling) or fabrics; nor any damages resulting from misuse or abuse.

Where manufacturers limited warranties apply, Mealey's will pay transportation expense for the first 6 months form date of original delivery or pick-up (and an additional 36 months where optional extended warranty was selected). The customer is responsible for transportation and labor costs for merchandise beyond 6 months form purchase date and for all merchandise picked up by the customer.

An exchange or service on all Furniture & Bedding after the delivery date does not extend the Finance Payment period.

All clearance merchandise is sold in As-is condition with no exchanges or refunds and is not subject to service. Must be picked up or delivered within 7 days of date of invoice*. Clearance merchandise must be purchased in person at one of our retail locations. No phone or internet sales are available for Clearance merchandise. *See store for details. Some Clearance merchandise is not available for delivery.

Special order sales cannot be cancelled nor returned. Cancellation of a stock order will be allowed with in 3 days after delivery or pick-up. A 10% restocking fee plus any additional delivery/pick-up charges will be incurred at the time of cancellation. Refunds will usually be mailed within 7 days. There will be a charge of $30.00 for customers returned checks for any reason. All special orders must be purchased in person at one of our retail locations. No phone or internet sales for special order merchandise.

Mealeys Furniture can not be responsible for any delivery delays on special order merchandise due to manufacturer's delays, transportation company delays, or any factors beyond our control. Please have your room prepared for your furniture delivery as the delivery men can not move your existing furniture.

Furniture picked up at our Distribution Center may require assembly.
