If, within the warranty period, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we promise that we will do our best to resolve your concerns quickly and thoroughly. Buy with confidence. If another local retailer advertises the identical item for a lower price with the same terms within 30 days of purchase, we will cheerfully refund 200% of the price difference.

Returns & Exchanges

We make every effort to deliver interiors that meet or exceed your expectations. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If there is a problem with an item, we’ll work with you to make it right. If an item arrives damaged we will help you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. If you wish to return your in-stock order, refunds (less transportation charges) will be issued if merchandise is returned in its original condition within three days of original delivery. Custom orders are made just for you and therefore are not subject to return or exchange. All credit card purchases will be refunded in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. Check or cash purchases will be mailed within 7 business days. There is a $30 fee for returned checks.
